Thank you for visiting our web site. We live in central Auckland in beautiful, green New Zealand. We are a small, select Mother and Daughter run cattery and all our cats are part of our family. Males are inside with us until they start spraying and even then come inside for short periods to spend time with us. Even when in the cattery we take them for walks and spend quality time with them. Queens live fulltime in our home. Kittens are part of our family and are born and raised inside where they are involved in our day to day family activities which also includes being around our two small dogs. They are never placed in the cattery.  Kittens are handled and played with for at least an hour a day during the critical socializing period between two and eight weeks of age. Obviously our kittens are fully socialized, have wonderful temperaments and are always wanting to be with us.

Patty is a trained zoo keeper and has years of experience in the rescue of all kinds of animals due to having lived in a number of countries. Her daughter Wendy has been involved in animal rescue and is particularly passionate about cat and dog welfare. She has certificates in Vet Nursing, Canine Behavior and Training and Companion Animal Services. Both Patty and Wendy are involved in conservation and animal welfare.

We are passionate about being a part of the lives of these wonderful animals and the improvement of the breed. The well-being of our cats will always come first. This entails acquiring the best lines possible, giving them the best home possible, the best vet care from the leading cat specialist vet (Dr Mary Austin at Just 4 Cats) and never having more cats than we can provide with the personal attention that they need.

We are a closed cattery in order to protect the health of our cats. We have also, at great expense, had all our cats tested for diseases including Giardia and Feline Corona Virus (and thus Infectious Peritonitis - FIP).

As New Zealand does not have rabies we are able to ship to other countries easier.
